Can anyone tell me why I suddenly seem to get advertising when viewing trip reports??

That is correct. If you have an account and log in, then you won't see the ads.

grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr I just came in without signing in and lo and behold there are ads. Big Ads! Also it said I had a message in the inbox and it was an ad. I am so sorry. I am on this now.

after contacting yuku I found out there was an option I had overlooked in the main admin panel. There was a check in the box "show ads to non logged in visitors" geez.... sorry, never had that before...
